With a foundation in sales, marketing, and customer service, I’ve honed my ability to connect with people, lead teams, and foster collaboration. From managing international sales to optimizing warehouse layouts, I’ve learned to approach challenges with innovative, solution-driven thinking. My diverse experience has deepened my understanding of strategy, execution, and design as interconnected tools for success.
Transitioning into UX design feels like a natural evolution. I’ve practiced user-centered thinking long before I knew the term—anticipating customer needs, improving experiences, and designing for efficiency. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I’m able to connect with diverse audiences and empathize with varied perspectives.
